Common Mode Choke Ferrite (MnZn, NiZn) Material

Ferrite (MnZn, NiZn) material
Custom designs available (samples first, mass production after sample verification). Ferrite inductors are widely used in switching power supplies, RF circuits, and digital circuit power supply systems, with end-use applications spanning consumer electronics, automotive, and communications industries. Manganese-zinc ferrites are suitable for low- and medium-frequency bands, while nickel-zinc ferrites are suitable for high-frequency bands. Their magnetic permeability follows the Snoek limit as frequency increases. These devices, with their high permeability and magnetic shielding properties, offer high inductance in a compact size. They are commonly used in switching power supplies to filter common-mode electromagnetic interference (EMI). In board design, ferrite common-mode inductors also serve as EMI filters, suppressing the radiated electromagnetic waves generated by high-speed signal lines.
